Our Legacy
A journey through three generations of dedication, respecting the land and honoring the tradition of Rhodes.
When our grandfather, Antonis, planted the first Koroneiki sapling on the wind-swept hills of Rhodes, he made a silent promise to the land: to nurture it with respect and never take more than it could give.
For over 60 years, that promise has been the heartbeat of dama. We are not just producers; we are custodians of a living heritage. Every bottle of Dama Olive Oil carries the essence of those original trees, their roots deep in the fertile soil, drinking the Mediterranean sun.
Today, the third generation continues this legacy, blending age-old wisdom with modern sustainable practices to bring you an olive oil of unmatched purity and character.
Grandfather Antonis plants the very first olive trees on our family’s hillside in Rhodes. Through hard work and a deep respect for nature, he lays the foundation for dama, creating a tradition of quality meant to be shared.
The second generation steps in. Our father takes over the groves and buys neighboring fields to meet the growing demand, all while maintaining the honest, traditional farming methods that make our olive oil special.
We plant three new groves entirely with the Koroneiki olive — a tree famous worldwide for its rich, premium oil. To lock in that fresh taste, we partner with modern cold-pressing facilities. This ensures our olive oil keeps its bold aroma and natural health benefits.
As the third generation, we take the final step to protect our family's hard work. We start building a modern packaging facility right here on our land, engineered to strict HACCP standards to ensure that the olive oil reaching your table is always pure, authentic and honest.
Over 60 years of dedication, bottled. We invite you to experience the true taste of Rhodes—pure, authentic, and honest.
