Welcome to Dama Olive Oil. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from us. By accessing this website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Products & Orders

We strive to describe our products as accurately as possible. However, as olive oil is a natural agricultural product, slight variations in color, taste, or packaging may occur between harvests and batches.

  • Availability: All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse any order.
  • Pricing: Prices include VAT but exclude delivery costs, which are calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Contract: A binding contract is formed only when we dispatch your goods.

2. Payment & Security

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) and other secure payment methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are encrypted and processed by secure third-party payment providers.

3. Delivery

We ship to addresses within Greece and selected EU countries.

  • Estimates: Delivery times provided are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • Responsibility: We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or third-party carriers, but we will assist in resolving any issues.
  • Risk: The risk of loss and damage passes to you upon delivery.

4. Return Policy & Right of Withdrawal

14-Day Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to cancel your order and return the goods within 14 days of receiving them, without giving any reason.

Conditions for Returns

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging with the seal unbroken (for food safety reasons).
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number. We will provide you with instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. If approved, a refund will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rhodes.
